Dear Members,

I, on behalf of the Spoqcs International Federation, would like to extend my warm congratulations to all the Spoqcs family and related people of the entire world on the specific occasion of the 16th December coincides with the Spoqcs founder birthday that Named of World Spoqcs Day.

10 years ago on , Grand Master Mohammadreza Hashempour Pashaki founded the New combat sport for all as “SPOQCS” on the basis of his painstaking study and made it public to the whole world.

Availing myself of this opportunity, I, on behalf of the SIF , would like to express my sincere respect to Grand Master Mohammadreza Hashempour Pashaki who founded and passed down SPOQCS as a world legacy to the humankind, who devoted himself to the worldwide promotion of Spoqcs and to the development of the SPOQCS, thus making a remarkable contribution to the history of development of world martial arts.Naming his birthday as World Spoqcs Day would be the smallest step to be appreciated by all Spoqcs enthusiasts.

With this day, all the Spoqcs family members, though with different languages, political views and religious faiths, have come to share a common birthday and form a global family aspiring after a righteous new world and full of peace and friendship.

Moreover, I would like to give my thanks to all the Spoqcs family members and related people including Grand Masters, Masters, Instructors and practitioners who not only have devoted themselves but also are making positive contributions to the worldwide promotion of SPOQCS.

We are confident that in the near future we will see a significant development of Spoqcs in the world. This important event will happen with mutual respect, unity and empathy.

We will strengthen the friendship, solidarity and collaboration with all the Spoqcs family members as well as the close cooperation with the International Sports & Martial-Art Organizations that approved by the International Olympic Committee for the world peace and social progress.

And we’ll continue to fulfil our noble obligations for the growth, prosperity of the SIF along with the development of the world martial arts with the tenant of SPOQCS; COURTESY, INTEGRITY, PERSEVERANCE, SELF-CONTROL, INDOMITABLE SPIRIT.
